VAIL, Colorado Seminars held during the 19th annual Taste of Vail in Vail, Colorado will feature food, wine, spirits and beer pairings and experts ranging from cigar aficionados and barbecue pit masters to award-winning celebrity chefs and winemakers from around the country. In its 19th year, Taste of Vail is the nations premier spring food and wine festival, held at several venues throughout Vail. During the annual four-day event, upwards of 5,000 people taste the Vail Valley lifestyle.Participants at the Taste of Vail experience the Vail Valleys world-class restaurants, wine poured by winemakers and winery owners from top wineries around the globe, interactive seminars, an auction, a Grand Tasting and Dinner Dance, the Colorado Lamb Cook Off, Aprs ski tasting and the popular Mountaintop Picnic sensory extravaganza at the top of Vail Mountain. Discuss details of how Justin winemaker Kevin Sass and his wine production team determine how this famous blend is assembled. Learn about Belgiums brewing history and how a country the size of Maryland can brew more styles of beer than any other nation in the world. A native of Belgium, Joly will explain the perfect way to enjoy Belgian beer, from the importance of glassware to proper pouring and tasting techniques.
