Teva Mountain Ball and women’s roller derbyThe Teva Mountain Ball will move to a larger venue at the Dobson Ice Arena Saturday. This year, amidst the party, the Mountain Ball will feature a match between the Bruisers and the Smash Squad from the Arizona Women’s Roller Derby League. The disco-themed evening will also include ’70s-inspired band Freddi and the Soul Shakers. Admission will be $12 at the door. Closing ceremony and street partyThe Teva Mountain Games will wrap up Sunday afternoon, starting at 3 p.m., with a Moe’s Barbeque Street Party on the Gore Creek Promenade. Arnie Green will set the party to music with his reggae tunes, and final prize winners for the event will be announced as the games wind down. For more information, log on to, Colorado
