Its the third year in a row the professional chefs have won the honor.

Professional chefs Bernie Oswald and Brian Williams won first place at CASA’s Fantasy Gingerbread House Competition for the third year in a row with their imaginative version of Mr. and Mrs. Claus’ home on 1 Reindeer Lane. The competition raises funds for CASA, or Court Appointed Special Advocates, a program of volunteers who work with local abused and neglected children. They are appointed by judges to represent the best interests of these children and act as the eyes and ears of the court. CASA volunteers in Eagle, Summit, Lake and Clear Creek counties have already advocated on behalf of 48 children so far in 2005. . …
