VAIL VALLEY, Colorado ” Just three beers appear to have given a driver in Colorado’s Vail Valley a lot trouble on Jan. 31.

The man was first spotted in Edwards driving down the center of the road by a deputy who followed him onto the highway. The deputy saw him slow and speed up while crossing the center line of the right lane between eight and 10 times, the sheriff’s report said.

When the deputy pulled him over in Avon, the man said all he had to drink that day was three beers ” Coronas, no less. He didn’t seem to be lying, either. The deputy clearly saw a 24-pack of Corona lying on the front passenger floorboard. Then he found three empty Corona bottles beneath the driver’s seat.

After having his blood drawn and accepting a summons for DUI and weaving, the man went to detox and got a weave-less ride home from Last Call.
