Breakfast: Rick and Kelly’s American Bistro, Edwards

The meal: “It’s their eggs benedict but it comes on corn bread and has spinach … It has just the right kick and it’s innovative.”

Lunch: Eat!Drink!, Edwards

The meal: “I like their paninis and how you can get wines by the glass and a cheese plate.”

Dinner: Sweet Basil, Vail

The meal: “They have a pork chop that comes with sweet potato pie and caramelized Brussels sprouts. Their sticky toffee pudding is worth flying around the world for.”

The meal: “Smothered breakfast burrito … I like spicy breakfast and the green sauce is really good on it.”

Lunch: Moe’s Original Barbecue, Eagle

The meal: “I like the catfish platter. You can’t get catfish anywhere here. It’s a great excuse to put hot sauce on.”

Dinner: Agave, Avon

The meal: “I like the carne asada tacos. It’s freshly grilled. … It’s very authentic Mexican and their margaritas are really good.”
