Breakfast: Columbine Market, Gypsum

The meal: “I like to get a croissant and a cup of coffee … It’s very, very, very cheap and available and it’s delicious.”

Lunch: Grand Avenue Grill, Eagle

The meal: “They have a really good asiago chicken club.”

Dinner: Angelino, Eagle

The meal: “They have a prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast. I think it’s called sage chicken. I order it every time I go there. It’s delicious.”

Breakfast: Westside Cafe and Market, West Vail

The meal: “Any of the benedicts. First of all, you can get it any time of the day and it’s made right, just really good, quality ingredients.”

Lunch: Yeti’s Grind, Eagle

The meal: “The turkey and brie panini… It has fresh ingredients and they do a nice, green salad with it. I love the Wired Yeti Mama. I get it every day. It’s a coconut latte and they’ll put rum in if you want. It’s their signature drink and I love it.”

Dinner: Spago, Beaver Creek

The meal: “Agnolotti with white truffles from Alba, Italy. It’s the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. They’re not always in season, but when they are ” oh my God.”

Breakfast: The French Press, Edwards

The meal: “I think it’s the spinach and feta scramble with rye toast. It’s just so good. You can put it right on the rye. It’s amazing.”

Lunch: Larkburger, Edwards

The meal: “Truffle turkey burger. It’s not beef, you know? It’s so amazing. It’s just incredible.”

Dinner: Dish Restaurant, Edwards

The meal: “The gnocchi is amazing. The bread that they serve is incredible. The only beer they have on tap is amazing.”
