The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.

The meal: “I got the tasting menu. It’s six or seven courses. You get to try a number of different things and it’s a truly unique dining experience because you have so many different courses.”

Breakfast: The Bookworm of Edwards, Edwards

The meal: “Rainbow Fish crepe at The Bookworm in Edwards. It’s a different breakfast selection. it goes great with a vanilla latte and a newspaper.”

Lunch: Gore Range Brewery, Edwards

The meal: “Buffalo chicken salad. I like spicy chicken.”

Dinner: Sato Sushi, Edwards

The meal: “The happy hour sushi deal with some of their rolls and sashimi. They’re fresh and good. Delicious.”

Breakfast: Avon Bakery and Deli, Avon

The meal: “The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a roll because it tastes so good.”

Lunch: Moe’s Original BBQ, Vail

The meal: “The pulled pork sandwich, ‘bama style, with macaroni and cheese as a side item and their cornbread is great. It’s some good old Southern cooking.”

Dinner: Splendido at the Chateau, Beaver Creek

The meal: “The halibut is really good. It’s the best and nicest meal I’ve ever had in the valley.”
