The meal: “I usually get the fresh fruit extravaganza. It’s healthy and it’s fresh.”

Lunch: Moe’s Original BBQ, Vail

The meal: “I like to get the pulled pork sandwich, ‘Bama style, because it reminds me of home.”

Dinner: Gohan-Ya, West Vail

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.

The meal: “I like to get the yakiudon. Spicy and it’s always consistent. It’s just an all-around good Asian meal.”

Breakfast: Bob’s Place, Avon

The meal: “Huevos rancheros. They’re better than any Mexican restaurant and they cure hangovers.”

Lunch: Balata Restaurant, Edwards

The meal: “Fish tacos. They’re light, flaky and go great with white wine.”

Dinner: Juniper, Edwards

The meal: “The halibut. It’s always fresh, never frozen. It’s just a nice, light dinner.”

Breakfast: Route 6 Cafe, Eagle-Vail

The meal: “The Full Monty. I love the avocado and hollandaise sauce. It goes perfect with a mimosa.”

Lunch: Larkburger, Edwards

The meal: “I like the mini Larkburger and the truffle fries. The truffle fries are the best in the valley.”

Dinner: Bagali’s Italian Kitchen, West Vail

The meal: “The gorgonzola and smoked bacon slice. It’s original and delicious.”
