“Nothing like this has ever taken place in our backyard. We are excited to be a part of this fun, family-friendly event, eventually growing into an annual celebration we can all be a part of,” said Chad Brasington, UpLift team member.
Event for Everyone
For this Labor Day weekend event, the doors will open at 5 p.m. The concert will feature opening acts Adam Cappa, of BEC records, rap artist Roy Tosh, as well as Gypsums’ own Kaylene, a 16-year-old up-and-coming singer-songwriter from Eagle Valley High School.
“It will be fun to have one the biggest names in the Christian music industry in the valley! Students will not only have a blast but will also be encouraged in their faith and walk with Jesus,” said Scott Leonard, campus pastor at Vail Christian High School.
General admission is $20. For more information, visit http://www.upliftvail.com.
