VAIL — UpLift is excited to announce Jeremy Camp will be in concert Aug. 31 at Ford Amphitheater in Vail. Tickets for the show go on sale today.
Since the release of his debut album “Stay” in 2002, Camp has had an outstanding career with 25 No. 1 radio singles across all formats, four RIAA Gold-selling studio albums, including that debut, a GRAMMY-nominated project and many more accolades.
To celebrate his 10 years as an influential artist impacting lives, Camp is releasing “I Still Believe: Number Ones Collection” on BEC Recordings.
‘EVENTUALLY GROWING INTO in ANNUAL CELEBRATION’
“Nothing like this has ever taken place in our backyard. We are excited to be a part of this fun, family-friendly event, eventually growing into an annual celebration we can all be a part of,” said Chad Brasington, UpLift team member.
Event for Everyone
For this Labor Day weekend event, the doors will open at 5 p.m. The concert will feature opening acts Adam Cappa, of BEC records, rap artist Roy Tosh, as well as Gypsums’ own Kaylene, a 16-year-old up-and-coming singer-songwriter from Eagle Valley High School.
“It will be fun to have one the biggest names in the Christian music industry in the valley! Students will not only have a blast but will also be encouraged in their faith and walk with Jesus,” said Scott Leonard, campus pastor at Vail Christian High School.
General admission is $20. For more information, visit http://www.upliftvail.com.
Company officials say every aspect of Vail management is now focused on attaining the company’s goal of achieving a zero net operating footprint by 2030. Vail Resorts calls the plan their “Commitment to Zero,” and defines it a zero net carbon emissions by 2030, zero waste to landfills, and zero operating impact on forests and natural habitat.
