The Eagle Valley Chamber of Commerce wants you to know about some events going on downvalley in the next week.
Christmas on Broadway is tonight: This kid-friendly annual parade is held downtown, and many of the businesses there will have some special deals. And, of course, Santa will be on hand to listen to wishes.
Parade participants line up at 5 p.m. with judging at 5:30 p.m. The parade starts at 6 p.m. Bundle up and have some fun!
Eagle Area Community Plan open house: This is set for 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Brush Creek Pavilion in Eagle Ranch. The chamber touts this as a very important presentation of Eagle’s new master plan. You can help shape Eagle’s future with your attendance and questions. For more information, call 970-328-6354.
Noel Night: Join Eagle’s downtown merchants on Friday, and enjoy gift shopping and holiday cheer with Everyday Outfitters, Broadway Liquors, Kidtopia, Fusion!, Yeti’s, Adagio, Wells Fargo, Nearly Everything Store/Eagle Pharmacy, Broadway Cafe and Alpine Ambiance. All are offering specials.
Here’s what else is planned for the evening:
– 4 p.m.: Free carriage rides provided by Ed Oyler.
– 4 to 6 p.m.: Free photos with Santa at Everyday Outfitters.
– 6:30 p.m.: Christmas tree-lighting at the Eagle county building
– 6 to 8 p.m.: The Women’s Caroling Group will be strolling down Broadway, singing holiday favorites.
