Town Talk

Vail native and goddess Jasmine Fisher is ready to rock ‘n’ run against AIDS. The kind folks at 8150 are hosting an evening of fun and frivolity to help raise money to put Jasmine in an anti-AIDS marathon this December. The party is August 21, and they need to raise about $3,000. There’ll be a DJ and a band, and all the fun a human can stand. It starts early and goes until they forget how to have fun. Go there. Be part of the solution.

Huntin “Melon’ video

Someone’s husband is gonna get blamed for this. Here’s the deal. The solid citizens who live at 21 Chaparral Road in Eagle-Vail had a garage sale on Saturday, and among the stuff they sold was a home video titled “Melons.” It’s a family video (not what you think “melons” is) and they’re real sentimental about it. The only other copy was burned up in a housefire, and they’d REALLY like this one back. Call 303-421-7632, or phone Town Talk Towers at 949-0555, ext. 615, and we’ll throw in a few Vail Daily T-shirts to reward you for doing the right thing.

Llame 303-421-7632 o Town Talk Towers a 949-0555, ext. 615, y lanzaremos algunos T-Shirts Vaily Daily para recompensarle.
