it’s time again for the Eagle Lions Club’s annual Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction.
The will be held at Eagle Valley Elementary School from 5-7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 4.
The top auction item this year is a 2005-2006 Season Value Ski Pass donated by Vail Resorts, with an estimated value of $1,499.
Other big-ticket auction items include a package from the Best Western Eagle Lodge (two nights in suite, plus Athletic Club membership), rounds of golf at Eagle Ranch Golf Course and Cotton Ranch (Rounds of Golf for four with cart), and a portrait sitting with photographer Katherine Schmidt.
Other items include a Golden Baby Bear necklace from The Golden Bear, tools from Alpine Lumber and Northstar Lumber, and two nights in a Suburban Lodge in Orlando Florida. A list of the 100 or so items is availble at locations around Eagle and Gypsum.
The all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner is also a great deal: $6 for adults, $4 for children under 12, and $18 for immediate family.

This event is the year’s major fund-raiser for the Eagle Lions Club. Major club programs include the eyeglass purchase program , scholarships, and support for Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute Foundation and Colorado Lions Camp for the Handicapped.
