The annual 9Health Fair in Eagle is coming Saturday, April 23, but people who want medical pros to evaluate their blood work can get an early blood test on Saturday, April 2.

The nice ladies with the needles will be at Eagle Valley Middle School Saturday, April 2, from 7:30 to 10 a.m.

The full 9Health Fair in Eagle will also be at the middle school, from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Those who had their blood drawn early should have received their results by April 23, and can return for other screenings and classes. The blood test is also available at the April 23 Health Fair.

Questions can be directed to Site Coordinator Joy Ortiz at 524-1122 or 524-1150. As always, the 9Health Fair is sponsored by the Eagle Lions Club.

Vail Ski Patrol is holding ski testing on Friday for positions starting in November. If you want to give it a shot, go to the Lower Patrol Room in Vail Village under the ticket office at 8:15 sharp Friday. If you pass the test, you can attend the Patrol Hiring Academy on the weekends of April 2-3 and April 9-10. For more information, call Ski Patrol at 479-4610.
