Children’s Global Alliance is seeking donations for its upcoming service trip to Nicaragua, departing April 13, where they’ll volunteer at Escuela Especial, a school for more than 80 students with special needs. High priority items include school supplies and pre-kindergarten, toddler and kindergarten books (English and Spanish), children’s underwear, lice shampoo and Band-Aids/Neosporin. Collection sites: Edwards Fieldhouse, Avon Rec Center and Gypsum Rec Center. Drop-off deadline is Friday at 5 p.m. Contact Jen Gutmann with questions by emailing email@example.com.
