Mr. Jackson Kaguri, author of "The Price of Stones," will be speaking about how he has changed the lives of hundreds of AIDS orphans in Uganda by providing schooling, meals, health care and clean drinking water. Graduation is just around the corner, and Battle Mountain High School Project Graduation 2011 will host a final fundraiser today at Larkspur in Vail. The evening will raise funds for a safe, fun graduation night May 28 for BMHS seniors. Morning-show radio hosts Tony Mauro and Steve Leigh will be the guest bartenders at the event, which will include a fabulous silent auction, drawings for great prizes, food and drinks. The fundraiser begins at 5 p.m. and concludes at 9 p.m. Plan to attend and donate to a worthy cause.
