Freshies Organic Foods has several three-day juice fasts scheduled for April and May. Designed to give your digestive system a rest so your vital organs can concentrate on removing toxins from the system, the three-day cleanse consists of fresh, organic green juices prepared by therapeutic chef Delling Zing.
Zing has more than 20 years of juicing experience and regularly uses juicing to help detoxify his system. “We live in a toxic world, and the chemicals in our air, water and food end up in our bodies. As part of the Human Toxome Project, the Environmental Working Group found 171 industrial compounds and pollutants in nine adults from across the United States,” he1 said.
Zing designed the three-day juice fast as a way to give your system a chance to rest, remove toxins and give you a jump start to better health. Space is limited; call 970-926-8622 to reserve your spot. Cost is $75.
