Participate in The Longevity Project
The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.
The Edwards Winter Market is running every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. through March 31 (no market on Dec. 30) inside the Colorado Mountain College in Edwards. Fresh, local food in winter?-You got it!-The Edwards Winter Market is a food market offering fresh produce, storage fruit, goat cheese, grass-fed meats, wild salmon, eggs, honey and prepared foods, such as pasta, fresh bread, cookies and pastries and gluten-free delights. Hungry? You can eat lunch at the market, too, with fresh soups, sandwiches, spinach pies and much, much more. Winter doesn’t mean you can’t be a locavore – shop the market every Sunday!
