Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.

So … you think you can cook chili? On Sunday from 4 to 6:30 p.m., you can show off your chili magic during Eagle-Vail’s first Harvest Party and Chili Cook-Off. Entry deadline is Wednesday. Email for a registration form. Winner of the People’s Choice Award receives a 2012 family pool pass to the Eagle-Vail pool. It’s free to enter and $10 to attend the Harvest Party and Chili Cook-Off. Kids younger than 12 eat for free, and all proceeds benefit the Eagle-Vail Community Garden.
