New Life Assembly of God in Avon is sending a semi truckload of firewood to the Lakota Pine Ridge Indian Reservation on Saturday. They need help loading all of the wood. If you or your organization would like to help, please call the church at 970-827-4102. Thank you!

Come out to see your favorite trucks, tractors and big equipment! Children of all ages are welcome to come climb and pretend to dump or dig on dump trucks, tractors, loaders and more at the Gypsum Sports Complex from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Bring your favorite tractor or truck to dig in our giant dirt pile. You just might find some hidden prizes! Cost is $1 per child ages 3 to 12, but everyone is welcome to join in the fun! Hot dogs will be available for $1 while they last. There will be no parking at the Gypsum Sports Complex. All parking will be at the Gypsum Recreation Center.
