We are proud to announce that Dr. Heidi Moore, Doctorate of Pharmacy, has accepted the position as solid transplant pharmacist at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center in Denver. Heidi was born and raised in Vail and is a graduate of Battle Mountaint High School â Class of 2006. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Colorado, Denver, and completed a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Wyoming. She completed her residency at Presbyterian/St. Luke's. Heidi is the daughter of Todd Moore and Rika Moore.
