Donât miss the final cooking demonstration of Chefs in the Gardens on Aug. 13. This final week we are featuring chef and sauce master Michael Connolly, proprietor of Red Canyon Spice in Vail. Michael is creating a summer vegetable gazpacho served with a dollop of seasoned sour cream. The demonstration is at the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens on Thursday, Aug. 13, at noon.
