Author Rich Perske will be recognized for helping preserve local history during the Nimon-Walker Award presentation Sunday at the Eagle Public Library at 2 p.m. Perskeâs newly-published book, "Boom Town to Ghost Town: The Story of Fulford," tells the true story of the Nolan Creek mining camp.
