Housing town hall

Eagle iHomes, LLC has been launched to address the non-affordable housing situation throughout Eagle County, with respect to both rental properties and homes, condos, town homes and duplex homes. Founder Kent Petersmeyer, will host a town hall meeting Monday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Eagle River Presbyterian Church, 455 Nottingham Ranch Road in Avon. The meeting room there can handle up to 100 people; however, convey your plans to attend with an email to kent.peters meyer@gmail.com. Locals with a variety of backgrounds and perspectives are welcome, however, Petersmeyer would like to gather input from millennials who would like to commit their lives and careers to the valley for the long term if provided the opportunity. The workforce housing project slated for Chamonix (West Vail) will also be discussed. Petersmeyer is the managing broker senior vice president of marketing and sales for Colorado for The Cascade Team, a residential real estate brokerage firm. He also serves on the board of directors for the Vail Board of Realtors’ multiple listing service organization.
