Parkinson’s power punch

Parkinson's Power Punch is a non-contact, boxing training program designed to help people with Parkinson's Disease improve reflexes, balance and strength -- all while have a lot of fun. Anyone can participate in this free program that meets on Saturdays and Tuesdays, 9 to 10 a.m. at the Trinity Church in Edwards.
