Impact Ministries, a nonprofit recovery center for youth, is hosting a shoe drive to help people in 26 Third World countries and raise funds for its ministries. If you have new or gently used shoes you would like to get rid of, then we would gladly accept them as a donation. The shoe drive will go until Nov. 20. Call Josie Archuleta at 970-401-1053 for drop-off instructions. The First Lutheran Church in Gypsum and the Gracious Savior Lutheran Church in Edwards are also drop-off points for the shoes. Thank you in advance for your support. God bless you!
Skiing is now available in Summit County, Underground Sound continues at the Vilar and area businesses are raising money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
