Join Karen Anderson at the Eagle Public Library on Saturday, Sept. 9 at 10:30 a.m. as she leads a guided group meditation. Meditation is a traditional way to overcome negative mental states and heal relationships with self and others. Self contempt is a prevalent and damaging thought pattern, making it difficult for us to act kindly and live fully. In this all levels meditation workshop, we will discuss and practice various methods of healing our relationship with ourselves. Everyone is welcome to this free event and no previous experience is necessary.
