Bring your own mat and come to Vail Public Library for a Gently Yoga class with instructor Anne Anderson, every other Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. The next yoga class is Tuesday, Dec. 29. This class is designed to provide participants with a relaxing, meditative and healing experience. Anne is a kripalu yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance and a certified professional ski instructor of America. She is the president and founder of SNOWGA LLC and in 2009, created SNOWGA — Blending Yoga and Snowsports, a revolutionary method to improve skills on the slopes through the wisdom of yoga.
