What they talked about: Town councilors want to remove barbwire fence on the town’s property to comply with an ordinance prohibiting barbwire fences in Minturn. Removing the fences and their posts and their disposal could cost as much as $1,200.

What’s next? Councilors put off making a decision until they get more information.

What they talked about: Ginn discussed how the Bolts Lake area would be cleaned. The company also talked about wetlands and ski and golf passes, which would be $50 for residents of Minturn and Red Cliff who have lived in the towns for 18 months or more.

What’s next? The meetings will continue until town councilors are ready to vote on whether to annex the property, on which Ginn wants to build a private ski resort and golf course and 1,700 homes and condominiums.
