How many years in the valley: All my life (17 years)

I’m sick of hearing my parents say: “Would you please vacuum?” Uhhh. I don’t like vacuuming

What are your plans for after graduation: To go to a four-year college, most likely CU-Boulder. I also hope to become a pediatrician

Where would like to see yourself in 10 years: Married and working on my PhD to become a pediatrician

What will you miss most about high school: The adrenalin rush on the court during basketball and volleyball games, working with my cousin Shannon and teammates, seeing my friends everyday

What will you miss least about high school: Studying for big tests

Favorite memory during high school: Gee, just one? … Camping, prom, senior year homecoming, volleyball, basketball, muddin’ and late night hang-outs with friends

Who do you most admire and why: My family, because they always work hard to get what they want and love me unconditionally

If you could have dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be and why: Michael Jordan, because he is a legend in basketball and my idol!!

I’m looking forward to … moving on with my life, and growing up to be someone that I am proud to be

I can’t believe … my cousin once flipped over a porch into snow and landed face-first in the snow!

Most people don’t know I … hate snakes and spiders!

Favorite meal: Pizza! I love pizza!

Advice for younger students: Push yourself to be the best you can be right off the bat, because if you wait ’til later, you might not be the best. Also get involved in anything you can, because high school is too short. Then, you’ll be wondering why you didn’t do it when you had the chance. Most of all, have fun and always have confidence in yourself
