VAIL, Colorado -Triumph announced Tuesday the formation of Triumph Recreation & Leisure Corporation in partnership with longtime Vail and Palm Springs, Calif.-based entrepreneur Brad Quayle.Triumph Recreation and Leisure is a privately held investment and development firm focused on high-end club and resort real estate consulting. The company will also tap its expertise including procurement, development, management and operations specific to leisure and recreation communities. Triumph partners Steve Virostek and James Fangmeyer will join with Quayle in the partnership in all aspects of recreational real estate ventures including valuation, development and redevelopment, branding, financial analysis and marketing.”We are thrilled to form a division of Triumph that specializes in leisure and recreation – a facet of our business which we have come to appreciate and embody with our new projects in Vail,” Virostek said. “Joining with Brad Quayle allows an extraordinary opportunity to capitalize on his life-long expertise in the world of leisure and recreation. We view the future with great opportunity and optimism.”Quayle most recently served as vice president of Pyramid Hotel Group an asset manager for Morgan Stanley Resort Portfolio with responsibility for resort operations, golf courses and clubs, retail, spa and business development. Quayle also served as a founding partner of KSL Recreation, owner and operator of distinctive destination resort properties throughout the United States including such properties as the La Quinta Resort and Spa and PGA West in La Quinta, Calif.; The Grand Wailea Hotel and Spa in Maui, Hawaii; La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.; and The Arizona Biltmore in Scottsdale, Ariz.
