Two accused of drug distribution
Vail, CO Colorado
VAIL, Colorado – The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office said Monday it arrested two people last week on drug charges.
Tyler James Stripp, 22, of Vail, was arrested April 10 after he allegedly sold cocaine to an undercover sheriff’s detective in West Vail.
During a search of Stripp after his arrest, five illegal Oxycodone pills were recovered from his wallet, police said.
Information obtained during Stipp’s arrest led detectives to Katherine Elizabeth Fontanese, 21, of Lakewood. Fontanese sold a bottle of illegal Oxycodone pills to an undercover sheriff’s detective at a residence in Edwards, police said.
Stripp and Fontanese were booked into the Eagle County Detention Facility. Both are facing charges of felony distribution and possession of controlled substances. They are both being held on $50,000 bonds.
