Two local Sotheby’s realty firms combine operations
DENVER — LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, with offices in Beaver Creek and Edwards, and Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty, with an office in Vail, have merged as LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.
“We are very excited to now be working directly together with the Ascent SIR brokers and to unite our two Sotheby’s International Realty companies into one cohesive team that will operate as LIV Sotheby’s International Realty,” said Scott Webber, president of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.
Tye Stockton, owner of Ascent SIR, and Scott Webber, president of LIV SIR, have enjoyed a close working relationship for more than six years.

Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty’s downtown Vail Village office on East Meadow Drive will now operate as LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, in addition to LIV SIR’s offices in Beaver Creek, Edwards and Cordillera.
LIV Sotheby’s International Realty managing broker, Dan L. Fitchett, Jr. will serve as managing broker for the combined operation in the Vail Valley. Fitchett recently announced LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s affiliation with The Club at Cordillera.
