DOTSERO – Two Rivers Village at the confluence of the Eagle and Colorado rivers has been honored by the Colorado Manufactured Housing Association as the “2004 Development of the Year.”The 160-acre development features river access, three small lakes, bike paths, a community center with swimming pool as well as athletic fields. Single-family homes range in price from $193,000 to $330,000.The Colorado Manufactured Housing Association cited the design of the homes and the development of community facilities at Two Rivers as well as the developer’s ability to overcome a number of regulatory barriers.Two Rivers Village is designed to provide attainable housing that is not deed-restricted for local residents. Single-family homes can be ordered and delivered in four to six weeks.
