Vail ART Pass connects art lovers
VAIL — The Vail ART Pass is a new program gathering a community of individuals with an interest in the visual arts sponsored by Art in Public Places.
Members of the Vail ART Pass will enjoy preferred access and discounted admission to specialized tours of exclusive private art collections, museums, exhibitions, artist studio visits and much more within and outside of the Vail Valley. Members will also be invited to signature events and receptions sponsored by Art in Public Places throughout the year.
Visit http://www.artinvail.com to sign up for the annual $50 membership to receive preferential access to events. Events will have limited occupancy and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If space is available, then events will be open to the public for a fixed fee per event. Guests must be registered to attend events.
On July 23, join a full-day excursion to Carbondale where members will tour the Powers Art Center (more information at powersartcenter.org) followed by a visit to artist James Surls’ studio (www.james surls.com).
Details and fees for future events will be posted on http://www.artinvail.com as they develop.
