Timber Ridge (The Outpost): Timber Ridge provides a spacious mountain lodge atmosphere with cathedral ceilings and a two-story stone fireplace. The outdoor deck offers spectacular views of the Gore and Ten Mile ranges. Accommodates 250 in the summer.

Winter Park:

The Lodge at Sunspot: Winter Park’s premier venue is accessible by chairlift or gondola, as well as traditional transportation. The lodge features a huge wrap-around deck overlooking the Continental Divide. Accommodates 200 in the summer.

Vail:

Black Forest: A large, heated tent with picnic tables, seats up to 80 people with indoor and outdoor picnic tables, at the bottom of the racetrack, available winter only.

Eagle’s Nest Marketplace: The Marketplace offers a gorgeous deck with spectacular views of mountain peaks. Accommodates 150 for a plated dinner, 300 buffet or 400 standing, available summer and winter.

Game Creek Restaurant: Game Creek Restaurant is Vail’s most exclusive dining experience, with an upscale chalet located in the White River National Forest. For a more casual dining experience, try Game Creek Bistro at the lower level of Game Creek Restaurant. Accommodates 50-75 guests. Restaurant accommodates 150 for a plated dinner, 200 for a cocktail reception, available winter and summer.

Mid-Vail Sarge’s: A heated pavilion with wooden picnic tables, can be private. Accommodates 150 or up to 500 with indoor and outdoor tables, available winter only.

Vintner’s: Vintner’s is an intimate venue for groups of 50 or less; it’s a room off of Marketplace. It offers a quaint dining experience with a deck overlooking surrounding mountains. Available summer and winter.

Wedding Deck: The wedding deck is a rustic outdoor amphitheater with majestic views. Available only for ceremonies, it’s located a short walk from Adventure Ridge complex via the gondola. Accommodates 180-200, only available in the summer.

Wildwood Smokehouse: Wildwood is the perfect venue for a true mountain wedding. It’s located at the top of Vail Mountain at 11,000 feet and overlooks Vail’s back bowls. Available summer, accommodates 80-100.

Beaver Creek:

Allie’s Cabin: Allie’s Cabin is located in an aspen grove on Beaver Creek Mountain. It accommodates up to 100 guests, winter and summer.

Beano’s Cabin: Named for one of the valley’s original homesteaders, Beano’s is a cozy log cabin that offers sweeping views of Grouse Mountain and the Gore Range. Accommodates 150 guests winter and summer.
