What goods or services do you provide? As a health coach, I help busy women to lose weight so that they can feel sexy and confident in their skinny jeans or little black dress without following militant workout regimes or giving up the foods that they love. I’m also available to give talks at yoga studios, gyms and businesses with employee wellness programs.
What’s new or exciting at your place? I recently started adding recipes to my blog. Follow me on Facebook (Jamie Woodworth Health Coaching) or Instagram (@jamie.woodworth) to stay up to date on my Something Sweet Sunday posts. I’ll also be rolling out Comfort Food Friday recipes soon, in which I lighten up everyone’s favorite comfort foods.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? My health coaching programs are individually tailored to suit each customer. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness, and that working individually with customers to figure out what works best for them and their body is the best way to achieve lasting results.
What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? I’m all about practicing self-love and trading judgment for curiosity. My customers can expect a positive, encouraging and supportive ally in making their health and wellness goals a reality. I also provide accountability for customers, and help them to challenge old limiting beliefs that have held them back from having the results that they desire. I love helping clients strike a balance between creating a healthy lifestyle and indulging in the things that they love.
Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: I’m a Vail Valley native, and grew up in Eagle. I love being outside, and enjoy yoga, running, biking, hiking, reading, baking and Disney movies. I have a degree in sociology from Colorado State University, and a health coaching certificate from the Health Coach Institute.

Are we seeing more bears because there are more bears on the valley floor, or because we’re all spending more time at home? It could be a bit of both.
