What goods or services do you provide? Private luxury transportation and limo services between the Denver and Eagle County airports to Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen, Breckenridge, Keystone and Boulder in Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Mercedes sedans, Mercedes GL450 SUVs, Chevrolet Suburbans and Cadillac Escalades.
What’s new or exciting at your place? We recently acquired a Mercedes GL450. We operate the only fleet of late model Mercedes vehicles in the valley, including S550 sedan and GL450 SUV.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? Quality customer service and exceptional vehicles and drivers, plus our state-of-the-art online reservation system and extensive affiliate network allow us to handle any request professionally and efficiently.
What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? We bend over backwards to accommodate any customer requests and last-minute needs. The customer is always right — within reason.
What can your customers expect from you? Prompt, on time professional transportation, airport shuttle and limousine service in the nicest, newest cars in the Vail Valley, with well-dressed, professional drivers older than 25 years old, all properly background-checked with fingerprints on file with the Colorado Pubic Utilities Commission. We are registered with the state, the PUC and the Denver and Eagle airports. In addition, we are available for pick-up at all private jet centers in Colorado including the Vail Valley Jet center, Denver jet center and the facility at the Centennial airport.
Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: I’m a former U.S. Marine — artillery and motor transportation — brought up by my ultra conservative mom in Virginia. I’m a former raft guide and video kayaker and a Class V raft guide, photo boater and safety kayaker for Nova Guides on the Eagle, Numbers, Pine Creek and Shoshone sections.
