What goods or services do you provide? We teach Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga classes, workshops, and trainings.

What’s new or exciting at your place? We are Eagle-Vail’s first and only yoga studio! We are where the locals practice yoga, and where they come to experience a whole life revolution!

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? We focus on one style of yoga here at Revolution Power Yoga, Baptiste Power Yoga. Each Yoga class is suitable for all levels and all classes are taught in a heated room between 85-90 degrees. Our powerful, energetic, playful flowing classes have a strong emphasis on breath and allow beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The room is heated to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles.

The Power Yoga flow will torch your calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a Power Yoga class will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life.

Be prepared to shine!

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you?

Revolution Power Yoga is a whole life revolution! We are about feeling connected, included, inspired, and empowered on and off the mat.

At RPY we believe that Power Yoga is for every “body” and in our studio you will find all different types of people sharing the commonality of wanting to transform their bodies, minds, spirits and finding inspiration to step into their own greatness.

We encourage everyone to come as you are and to be you. We have been inspired by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga methodology and want to share it with everyone that walks into our studio.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience:

All of our teachers are Certified Baptiste Power Yoga teachers, or in training with Baron Baptiste, or have trained under a senior/certified Baptiste teacher. All of us here are deeply committed to teaching yoga and are always willing to grow and evolve our teaching through ongoing trainings, workshops, and studies. We have seven teachers on staff here, between us all we have over 20-plus years of experience teaching yoga.

What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? During spring break this year, a college student, Mike, was visiting the studio with his friend who is a current student of ours. Mike had never been to yoga before and was reluctant to spend $17, which is our drop-in rate, after spending his money on a lift ticket. We do not like to turn away people from yoga, so I asked him what he would like to pay. We agreed on a lower amount. After class Mike said, “I had no idea what I was getting into. Here, take this five dollars.” We would not take the money, but were flattered that he had such a great time.
