What goods or services do you provide? The Wren provides nightly condominium rentals varying from one-bedroom condominiums to three-bedroom condominiums. The Wren is also an interval/timeshare property offering interval/timeshare sales via our on-site managing broker.



What’s new or exciting at your place? The Wren completed a $500,000 exterior and interior remodel in the fall of 2010.

The exterior remodel consisted of:

• New paint and color scheme.



• New stone veneer at entry way.

• New siding.

• New exterior light fixtures.

• New door and door jambs.

• New locks.

• New property signage.

The interior remodel consisted of:

• New artwork in the living room.

• New 42-inch flat-screen television and DVD player in the living room.

• New kitchen and hallway lighting.

• New bedroom furniture.

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? The Wren differentiates ourselves from other interval/timeshare properties in Vail by offering and providing our guests/wwners with excellent customer service. The Wren provides full concierge services and very affordable and reasonable nightly rates with an excellent location and proximity to Golden Peak and the Vail Village. During the winter ski season, The Wren offers a private ski shuttle to Golden Peak, Vail Transportation Center and Lionshead.

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? All staff members at The Wren go the extra mile for all guests and owners. It is the mission of The Wren to fulfill and exceed the needs of our guests, owners, and associates by combining friendly service with knowledgeable and professional assistance.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: The Wren management team (general manager, assistant general manager, chief engineer, executive housekeeper) have over 54 years in combined hospitality experience. The current management team has all been at The Wren for at least six years.

What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? We had a guest come to the front desk one morning; asking if anyone had seen the pants she was wearing the night before, a shoe, and their cell phone.
