In order to create your own reality, you must love yourself. Self-love is the foundation of expressing your personal power.

Loving yourself gives you courage to change. If you don’t love yourself, you don’t think you’re worthy of good things, so you won’t get good things. Loving yourself gives you the courage to define your personal boundaries, and maintain them when they are threatened.

You learn to love yourself by finding the unique gift that you offer to the greater good. When you know you’re making a difference, you feel connected, and the connection empowers you. When you find your individual value to humanity, you verify your own self-worth.

What does it mean to love yourself? I have said that love is the complete surrender of your ego. When we surrender our ego, we wake up in unity consciousness, the realm of love. We move from three-dimensional separation into four-dimensional unity.

Don’t confuse self-love with arrogance. Arrogance is a weak, insecure, powerless energy, while self-love is relaxed and confident. Love yourself, but don’t be an arrogant ass. Love is quiet and certain.

The realm of Separation has taught us that it is shameful to love ourselves. If something is forbidden in the illusion, it is usually because of the inherent power held within, and to Love yourself without arrogance is an extremely self-empowering act. Love yourself as a piece of the Source that connects us all.

Quietly Love yourself and share your grand unique expression with the world. When you value yourself, the world will value you. Out of billions, you are solely unique. No one offers your personal expression but you. Donit be ashamed to love yourself because by loving yourself, you love a piece of whatever you know to be God.

Love is quiet and confident, subtly self-assured. No one needs to know that you love yourself, but they will see a positive shift in your energy, and they will be affected by your inner transformation.
