Vail Daily letter: Eagle River Station an opportunity for community

I am glad to see Mayor Ed Woodland out in front supporting Eagle River Station.

I know many people who are out of work right now who would love the opportunity to work on this project.

Instead of just sitting around waiting for the economy to turn around, we have the opportunity to create good paying jobs in our county. People want to work and they want to stay and raise their families in Eagle.

The town of Eagle is made up of wonderful people who may not be able to stay there if they cannot find work.

I look at Eagle River Station as our own economic stimulus project which will help all of us through this sluggish economy.
