Vail Daily letter: Great day of golf and giving

Just had a wonderful day at the first Children’s Charity Classic at Eagle Spring’s Golf Club! Beautiful weather, fantastic course and an incredibly generous group of golfers from all over our valley.

On behalf of The Youth Foundation, I want to express our deepest gratitude to Fred Green and the rest of the Eagle Springs members for their support of our organization. Our ability to provide programs to the under-served children in the valley depends on the generosity of the type of people who participated in today’s event. From the smiles on everyone’s faces at lunch afterward, I know it was a huge success. Thanks, Fred!
