Vail Daily letter: Take responsibility

The latest reason for the hit-and-run is sleep apnea – defined as “breathing is disrupted during sleep.” I, too, suffer from sleep apnea and also have been treated by the same sleep-disorder expert in Denver. I thought suddenly falling asleep in the daytime was called narcolepsy – although a likely medical “cousin” of sleep apnea.

But how do you explain taking broken bits from your car and putting them in the trunk – sleepwalking? Probably time for both the district attorney and the hit-and-run person to look themselves in the mirror and take responsibility for their own sayings and doings.
