Vail Daily letter: Thanks for care
Eagle, CO Colorado
I would like to thank many people for their help. On Oct. 19, I fell and suffered a serious injury. The EMS was activated. As a result, I received rapid, professional and compassionate care from each entity involved: the ambulance service, the fire responders, Sheriff’s Office and Town of Eagle Police. Their concerted efforts made my transport to Glenwood Springs and Valley View Hospital as painless as possible.
The citizens of this area who are served by the Western Eagle County Ambulance District, the Greater Eagle Fire Protection District, the Town of Eagle Police and the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office are blessed to have available these professionals. I was treated quickly and competently by the emergency room staff at Valley View Hospital, and later by the surgical, medical and nursing personnel at the hospital.
I offer my most sincere thanks to everyone who helped me. We are truly blessed to live in an area with these professional emergency services available.
