Vail Daily letter: Thought we’d killed it
Vail, CO, Colorado
A recent phone conversation I received from my nextdoor neighbor:
Neighbor: “Why is there a vote on ERS? Didn’t we just vote that down like a year ago?”
Me: “Uhhh, yeah. Actually it’s been over two years.”
Neighbor “What? Seriously?” (Confusion in voice.)
Me: “Basically nobody listened.”
I hope everyone votes on April 3. Seriously, your vote does count and even more so now that there are people you can elect who actually listened when we said “No!” No to ERS. No to ERS 2.0.
