Vail Daily letter: Time of need
Vail, CO, Colorado
We cannot begin to thank Amigo Towing enough for helping out one of our employees the other day. Our technician was stuck on Vail Pass in last week’s mess of a storm, tired, frustrated and unsure of what to do next.
One of your employees saw our work van stuck on the side of the road. He stopped, asked if we needed help, and towed our van back down into Vail. This employee had other calls, had other places to be, but took the time to stop and help someone in need.
It’s so nice to know that people like you, and companies like Amigo Towing, are out there. Chivalry and genuine kindness do still exist! We will never forget the name of your company, and we will refer all business that we can to you. Thank you. Thank you for helping us in a time of need, and thank you for showing us what exceptional customer service looks like.
