Vail Daily letter: Tom Edwards seeks re-election in Gypsum
Vail, CO, Colorado
Over the past 14 years that I have served on the Gypsum Town Council I have worked with the other council members to help create amenities such as Costco, the recreation center, the amphitheater, the library, the Gypsum Sports Complex, the skate park and town infrastructure.
We have worked together as council members to designate industrial areas, commercial areas, a variety of residential areas and open spaces such as our parks that are part of the potential for Gypsum’s future.
These are amenities necessary for Gypsum to have a bright future. Infrastructure such as the wastewater treatment plant, water treatment facilities and the current planning that is in progress with LEDE reservoir for water storage are necessities that will ensure Gypsum’s present and future needs.
As a council member I constantly look for new ways to promote Gypsum and support staff efforts as we market Gypsum for its community residential qualities, friendly business atmosphere as well as its activities and recreation.
Your vote for me will allow me to continue the course of making Gypsum the best business-friendly and family community in the Eagle Valley.
