Vail Daily letter: West Vail Shell very helpful
July 6, 2010
On May 27, while traveling home, my vehicle broke down as I was coming down Vail Pass.
I was towed to the West Vail Shell station. This station has a great team of professionals to help. They helped me with finding a place to stay with my 3-month-old puppy close to the station.
The team of mechanics knew exactly what the problem was. The master mechanic, whose name was Thomas, immediately took control in conversing with my husband on the phone about the problem with my vehicle.
I wanted to leave my vehicle to be repaired at the Shell station, but my husband wanted it towed to Grand Junction, since we live closer to the dealer.
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with everyone involved, how safe they made me feel, and to say that I would recommend the West Vail Shell station team to anyone who might be in that area. A big thank you to the the team at the station.
