Vail Daily letter: Wonderful act of honesty
Vail, CO, Colorado
In February, our company took a group of eight guys skiing in Vail. On the very first day, I lost my wallet skiing.
Since I was the host of the group, I had over $1,200 in cash, credit cards, my driver’s license, business cards, etc. What a mess.
Last week, I received a phone call from Mike Matthews and his wife, who works for Vail Resorts. He had found my wallet, and I received it in the mail yesterday.
I gave him a nice reward, but it was so nice to see there are still honest people out there. I think Vail should make a hero out this nice young man and his wife.
I will tell everyone how great Vail is due to this wonderful act of honesty.
