VAIL — A winter weather advisory is scheduled for Vail from 3 p.m. Thursday to 6 p.m. Friday.

Look for accumulations for 4-7 inches by Friday.

After a break Friday night, the snow will return on Saturday, said Joel Gratz of opensnow.com.

“Yes, it could really snow every day for 7-9 days,” Gratz said.

Gratz said total snow amounts should be 1-2 feet through the middle of the month.

The National Weather Service has snow in the extended forecast every day through Tuesday.
